Refund Policy
At Star Mindz, we strive to provide a high-quality learning experience. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are granted.
1. General Policy
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@starmindz.com.
Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days of approval.
Refunds are issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Full Refund is available if:
You cancel your registration at least 5 days before the course start date.
The academy cancels the course or batch due to low enrollment or unforeseen issues.
Partial Refund (50%) is available if:
You cancel within 1–4 days before the course start date.
No Refund is provided if:
The course has already started.
You fail to attend classes or drop out mid-course.
You are removed from the program due to violation of academy rules.
3. Special Cases
We may consider exceptions in cases of:
Serious illness (with medical certificate)
Emergency or family situations (with proof)
All such cases are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Star Mindz.
4. Course Transfers
If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, we may allow:
Transfer to a future batch of the same course (subject to availability)
Credit transfer to another course of similar value
Transfer requests must be made before the first class begins.
